They probably haven't finalized... neither has the school I work for but as a teacher I'm privy to the back and forth.

I know, its insanely annoying.

What are schools going to do next year, when Erev Rosh Hashana is 2 days after Labor Day?

A few years ago (maybe two?) we had three teaching days before Rosh Hashana.
