if I applied to Bais Rochel & Kesser
would Bais Bracha - Stolin be a good fit to apply for the third option school?
anywhere else that fits this category?

Yes, it would be a good fit according to those other schools.
Bais Shifra Miriam may also be a good option.

If you don't have pull or belong to the schools mosdos, then it'd difficult to get in to any school.

AFAIK Kesser & Bais Brocho are relatively new. Are they easier to get into than other schools because of this? It's not like they have graduates sending there yet.

Peninim school is not fully new. If I am correct its there 2 or 3 year now.
It is basically the preschool for the High school that opened of the parents who left Bais Ruchel. I don't recall the name of the high school.

It is extremely difficult to get into Monsey Schools. Pray for a miracle.

It's easiest to get into a school that you are a perfect fit for.

Hatzlocha.

If you know someone who has pull for you in any school, that's your best bet.
