3QTs here it is:
I fry up mushrooms and onions and add a little salt and garlic powder. Then add one can of tomato sauce with a little bit of water. Pour it over the fully unwrapped fish loaf. Cover and bake on 400 degrees for an hr-or an hour and a half.

I have chopped chicken and turkey that I plan to mix and use for Fridday night. I need a good, easy Shabbos way to make it. I would rather not meatballs. Also - with ingredients I have or are easily available here.
Thanks!

I really can't think of what to make. I have to do my shopping before going to work on Friday morning so I guess I'll base it on what looks good then. And how our stomachs are feeling after the fast.

You people are too much! On Motzai Tisha Be'av yet.
I take off my sheitl to you! (not literally!)
I am vegging out, I'm so tired.
Challah
Lentil soup
carrots taken out of the lentil soup (dh doesn't like carrots but he lets me cook them in the soup for flavor as long as he doesn't have to eat them, so I take them out and serve them as a side dish for all who want)
Yellow rice (turmeric, an anti oxidant)
roast chicken that I took out of the freezer that I made a few weeks ago
green salad
quinoa salad
chumus
techina
leftover cake from last night (two kinds, the delicious mocha bundt cake which I took out of the freezer and a simple angel's food cake with chocolate frosting)
tomorrow:
Challah
chumus
techina
green salad
chicken
potato/mushroom knish
cake
Seuda shlishis:
challah
chumus
techina
green salad
(sounds familiar until now?)
tuna fish
spaghetti salad
leftover knishes
cake
I splurged and got a bottle of diet sprite for dh, he loves it and I don't drink it and we only have one kid home for shabbos and she doesn't drink it so he can have the whole thing for himself and enjoy.

Easy: season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and shmear apricot jam all over. That's it!
