DH really loves soup, butI can't see eating it during the hot summer. I need good, easy soups thatcan be good cold, other than gazpacho (I've done it) and fruit soups (I don't like them).

vichyssoise (good hot or cold) (I use soy milk instead of cream or rich's whip)
cucumber soup

google 'cold soup recipe', youll get a lot of great ideas - all adaptable to kosher cuisine
