1 package egg roll wrappers
deli meat (I used roast turkey)
1/4 cup duck sauce
1/4 mayo
1/4 ketchup
1 T. mustard
sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the duck sauce, mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
Brush the egg roll wrappers with the mixture, put 2 slices of deli meat on top and roll up. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Don't place too close together on baking sheet.
These freeze well.
I have served these at parties cutting the egg rolls into 4 small pieces and stuck frilly toothpicks in them.
On Shabbos I serve them whole.

Thank you, that's very sweet. I think it's something that would make a nice wedding gift. If only I did more than think about it.
BTW I use the Nasoya brand egg roll wrappers. I find there texture is excellent.
