I’d like to make tuna patties for dinner. I can not use eggs due to an allergy. Any recipe suggestions?
Thanks!

We use crumbs, seasoning, and yellow mustard as a binder. It’s yum

Thanks all!
Was afraid to use mustard because my daughter doesn’t like mustard. Maybe I’ll make mashed potatoes as the side (didn’t want to do that cuz had potatoes yesterday) and use some of that as the binder.
Appreciate the responses!

I heard people use chia seeds as an egg substitute. Google it.

Thanks. Tried that once. Ended up with speckled brown spots in the Patties
