I have three kids ages 4, 6 and 8. All three will not stay in their bedsd and by the middle of the night we have all three in our room. Bed time is routine etc, but the bed issue is getting out of hand. I need help!!

Put them in bed together!
We co sleep until the children are 5, then they move in with another child and at 7 they want their own bed.
And at 10 their own ROOM,
well they don't get that usually, though my oldest is in Yeshiva now so 2nd son has his own room and oldest daughter has her own. Truth be told, they all sleep together more often than not.

My inlaws had 6 kids in two bedrooms and since the kids all wanted their own rooms and they needed more space any which way they made an addition. They ended up with 4 bedrooms and 7 kids all sharing one of them
My oldest daughter didn't sleep in her own room consistantly until my second daughter moved out of our room into hers. My youngest was not comfortable on the crib mattress on the floor though and ended up in our room (in my bed) every night. Once I got them a bunkbed they both started sleeping through the night in their own room.
So I guess the two main componants for us were #1 company #2 comfort.
Hatzlacha!

I'd say it's a complicated issue.
You can probably talk to your kids & find out why they don't stay in their room. I ecently had a similar issue & a night light resolved it.
may be spending about 10 min 1on1 w/ each kid will give them sence of security of your love
You can also try rewards:
stay in your room x nights ina row & get...
if come to us again the prize/ privilrdge is removed
also, check this:

Good luck!

Oh, dear, this sounds very familiar. I've tried being strict about it and going to the child instead of letting him in with me, but at the end, I always end up being too tired, it's much easier in the middle of the night to just let them in and fall back asleep.
The only thing I can say is, with my kids, it's a stage they go through (sometimes more than once.) I.e. some of them will come every night for a few months, and then stop.

my son used to wake up in middle of the night until he was 5 1/4. no matter what I tried, he would wake up and then wake either my husband or me up. sometimes it was only for a drink (totally discounting the fact that he had myriad drinks prepared in a sip n' saver in his bed, in a cup onthe windowsill in his room, and in another cup near his bed), and sometimes he would come to our room and snuggle up w/ either one of us. generally speaking we were too tired to get him out of our beds and walk him back to his, so we would suffer the night and swear "never again". we finally decided that at 5 1/4 he was old enuf to fetch his own drink, and so we introduced him to the little step stool and told himt hat if he wants to drink, he should take the stool and take water from the sink. it took a few nights, but in the end that's what worked.
