I remember ages ago seeing a recipe for oven-baked schnitzel where you just sprinkle the schnitzel topping over the chicken pieces and it comes out like crunchy schnitzel without all the patchke. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Thanks!

Mix ketchup & mayo, and salt, pepper, garlic. use that to top your chicken, then sprinkle crumbs. The last few minutes, uncover so that it gets crispy.

So basically, this chicken has only one side of schnitzel coating?

yep. I do it with chicken pieces though, not with cutlets. Nobody would eat by me if it isn't southern fried!
