The Fully Loaded Jello with Fresca
Recipe tweaked from another board

2 pkgs strawberry "jello" (gelatin; 4 serving size)
Fresca to replace the cold water
1 16-oz can crushed pineapple
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup broken pecans
16 oz sour cream or pareve whip, optional

In a large bowl, prepare gelatin according to package directions, except substitute the Fresca for the cold water. You can also heat it, which is what I always do. Add the other ingredients and pour into one ring mod or individual dishes (I use a ring mold.)

Cover and refrigerate; when ready to eat, top with sour cream or whip if desired.

But the liebers jell-o calls for boiling water, not cold water.

I will go out on a limb and guess that just as you boil the water in the regular recipe, you boil the Fresca in this recipe???

How do you keep everything from sinking to the bottom? or if in a ring mold, to the top?
