Other than the obvious...jello. And not the old time jello-with-fruit-in-a-mold. Anything different?

Some boxes of unflavored jello, some of flavored. I'd love ideas to use either one of them...

there are tons of recipes but truthfully the jewish jello is pretty poor quality and doesn't work well. mayb a poke cake?
