So no London broil or steaks or rib roast
What are some easy ish ideas that aren’t crazy expensive and that are fully cooked, no pink?
No chicken- I don’t like the smell these days

You can make sweet and sticky mini meatballs with pretty toothpics in each one, almost like the way they're served as hors d'oeuvres on a platter by a server at a high scale event.

Minute steak?
Place sliced onions in a tray, Put minute steaks on top with salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper and rosemary. I slice a whole box of mushrooms and I add red wine, you could do duck sauce, some soy sauce, some apricot jam mixed with soy sauce...I also had fava beans sometimes
Cook on low and serve with rice. My easy shabbat recipe

Do these all freeze well? I don’t leave a flame or oven on to cook fresh- I reheat the food on a hot plate
