I don't think you have a good infrastructure there for pessach, except if you go to a kosher hotel or pessach program.
apparently, there is a program this year in Engelberg, by Arieh Wagner, but I don't know anything about Davos.

The building is called Etania. Pesach and succos someone from London rents it out to families that have kids with medical conditions. In the summer there is a summer camp there for kids with eczema.
