I put a frozen roast in the oven at 205 planning to cook it overnight. I put it in around 10:30 and checked on it at 4:30 when I was up with my baby. All the onions were still raw and it just didn't look very cooked. I turned up the temp to 225 for the rest of the night. But was it at too low a temp for too long?

Yes, still good.
Frozen meat takes a long time to defrost. It makes sense it wouldn't have been cooked yet.
