Uh oh, I meant to call tonight and ask when I can go to the mikvah Fri night but I forgot and they are closed and there is no message on their machine. I'm in Israel - what time should I be there? Who can I ask, the rav I ask niddah questions? I don't want to be there early and stand outside! HELP!

If you follow Rabbenu Taam's zman, dipping is from 8:39 - 72 minutes after the shkiah which is at 7:27.
If you do not go according to Rabbenu Taam's zman but you can go earlier, you may already dip from 7:52 on or some would wait until 8:03 - it also depends on the mikva.
There are some mikvaos that are open Friday noon time for those who want to bathe there and be checked before Shabbos. Perhaps the mikva you want to use is one of those that are open Friday noon time so call them and ask them about the dipping time.
