Is it inappropriate to set up an online meal train Shivah? And if it is okay, does anyone have a reputable site they've used (hopefully for post birth for a good thing)

The last 3 times my parents were sitting shiva, we set up meal trains. Completely appropriate.
ETA, unfortunately I was not the one who set up my family's meal change so I cannot find the websites that we used. We used a couple of different ones I think.

Of course it's appropriate, how else can people sign up?

You have to make sure with the family that no one else will be sending meals.
