Dc has restless leg syndrome and is all over the place during sleeping. With limbs in all directions and often knees bent, so legs kind of up.
Recently dc started complaining of pain in hands and legs and I’m wondering if it’s related.
Should we see an orthopedist for this? We already saw a rheumatologist for the pain and he didn’t find a cause.

Magnesium spray is supposed to help with restless legs. Also magnesium in vitamin form. I’d try those!

My dc struggles with this too. Magnesium definitely provides some relief. My opinion is to skip the orthopedist, waste of your time and money.

Does your child have pain during the day too?
I’m wondering if it’s connected, but don’t know how we can figure that out and who we should see to help us with this.
