Has anyone followed the MOP protocol for getting rid of daytime accidents?
Did it work for you?

It's daily enemas for thrity days. I did one enema it resulted in cramping and diarrhoea. I'm scared to continue but I'm at my wits end so think I need to. Whitesmoke can you share more, how long did it take to work? Did the enema's help straight away?
