Can it be a symptom of anything medical?
She was toilet trained almost perfectly for a nice few weeks, and the last few days shes just totally been peeing in her pants multiple times a day
The urine smells a drop off.
any ideas?

Is she drinking a lot?
If she is, take her to the doctor and demand a urine test for sugar

Regressions are soo normal!
Maybe she’s dehydrated. Maybe uti.
Just be patient. Be nice about it. Remind her to use the bathroom.

I can’t stress enough- if she is drinking a lot- run to the doctor asap!
My daughter was a baby and her diapers were filling up too quickly- the doctor pushed me off and said it was the diaper company I was using but I knew something was wrong- I brought her back in and insisted they test her for something- turns out she was very sick with type 1 diabetes and the doctor completely
Missed it- go with your gut and insist they figure out what’s wrong

How are her bms?
Having the same with my son the last 2 weeks and I find emptying (I use suppositories) makes a huge difference.
He also tested positive for strep today.

It could be constipation- that can cause urinary accidents. Has she been having regular bowel movements?

My daughter had these symptoms with pinworms. Pinworms can also eventually cause UTIs in girls.
