My husband picked up this meat from the store. Anyone have any good recipe for it? Want to serve for Friday night meal and never made it before. TIA

We use it as meat for the cholent. Kids love it as it’s very soft and moist on Shabbos

Thanks for the reply’s everyone but I already bought meat for the chulent and want to use this for Friday night. Is there any possible way I can still use for the meal, don’t want to send my husband back to the store to buy something else and it’ll be too late tomorrow.

Sure cook it like a brisket low and slow for a long time.
Then you can slice or use it as pulled beef
I love Danielle Renov’s pulled beef with gnocchi recipe, I use kolichel for it
