I'm not OP but I'm curious if you broil the salmon with the wooden skewer or if you stick it on the skewer after it's broiled.

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Then you can thread the cubes of salmon onto them and bake without fear of burning.

Colorful salad with green romaine, red onion, kirbies, strips of carrot, avocado, pepper and tomato if your minhag allows. Add sliced chicken on the diagonal if you wish. Have little cups of dressing near each plate.

For some reason in frumspeak an appetizer is referred to as an entree’. Based on the replies it seems the OP is getting the answers for what she’s looking for . 🙂

In The UK, Australia and New Zealand entrée refers to the appetizer/starter.
The French actually call the starter the entrée too.

Yes.
Just make sure to soak the amount of skewers needed.
I once soaked them all and they either disintegrated or got rotten (was quite a few years ago so don’t remember exactly).

I once made a stack of sautéed chicken cubes with red onion topped with a Cubed avocado salad from a magazine. Was very good.

Apple salad with a nut crunch with kiwi dressing instead of strawberry sauce is in first pesach pupa cookbook

If you do two diff type of blintzes cut on a slant in half, standing upward with maybe spiralizing beets then it's really fancy..

If you do chicken nuggets with diff coating threaded on a skewer upward can also be fancy
