Has anyone ever made regular chicken soup recipe with marrow bones instead of chicken. Dealing with chicken allergy and would love to make the soup with meat if it will come out good.

You can do a regular chicken soup but replace the chicken soup with turkey.
I sometimes to turkey necks, turkey wings, and a couple of marrow bones. It's delicious.

Sure. I also make a meat soup: take a tough piece, like a bit of brisket. Make your normal soup recipe, cook for about 3-4 hours. Enjoy
