I know it is before Chanukkah now...but since I am a part of my kids schools PTA we are planning now -Tu bishvat.
I could not find on the furum between chanukkah and purim anythign...
Every year we made pekalach with dried fruits for each girl.they were not cheap and we realized that most girls did not like to eat them.it was simply bal-tashchis.can you please come up with an idea that will be in expensive -to prepare for 500 girls-that has to do with fruits?

As a kid we got those little boxes of raisins. why go wild? give one small thing.

any more ideas?
any choco mousees,look at the original post,the dried fruits were not eaten by the kids and raisins are a part of dried fruits!

in grade school one year they made flower-like things from fruit leather on skewers.
