Maccaroons y-u-m-m-y!!!
I got this from Pesach cookbook by spice and spirit
3 egg white beat till stiff!
add
1cup sugar gradually keep beating
add
8oz nuts (grounded first)
optional (2 tsp of cocoa or chocolate if you eat it)
Blend on low speed for about 2 min
Spoon onto greased baking sheet , pan or foiled rack
Bake for 15 min. Yeilds officialy 3 dozen w/h me only 2 doz.
Enjoy
Very filling also!

Actually my mom makes these cookies but instead of egg whites she uses whole eggs, if you use sugar water then use less eggs. Came out great my huisband polished off 5 tonight!

maybe we'll give them a try, I tried to make almond cookies b4 pesach n they were gross, e/one else liked them though
