How long does it take for pepper steak to defrost?

I forgot to take out the pepper steak from the freezer this morning. I'll be home at five supper needs to be ready by seven.

How long will it take for the pack of pepper steak to defrost (or any ideas how to defrost it quickly)?

I still need to cook it.....

Pepper steak need to cook full 2 hours minimum to be good. You can deforst fast under a stream of water but I don't think it'll be ready for you on time.

My advice to you: if you have a different meat or chicken that cooks faster, defrost that. OR get a fresh pepper steak on your way home, if that's possible for you.

Either which way, good luck and enjoy your dinner (whatever it'll be...)

I cook my pepper steak for at least 3-4 hours, the longer the better. Maybe make it tonight for tommorws supper.
