This is a really easy soup that takes only minutes to make, yet was one of
my favorite soups as a child.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn
2 cans milk
minced onion or onion powder
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
pinch sugar (optional, according to sweetness of corn)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook on low flame until
evenly warmed, mixing constantly. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL

Mine is even easier-
Creamed corn
milk
in a ratio of one to one (for each can of creamed corn you use, fill the empty can with milk)
Add some garlic salt-
Heat on the stove
Enjoy!!

I just discovered a chinese corn soup recipe about 2 weeks ago, and I've made it 3 times since! It tastes great!
3 cups chicken broth (I just boil the water and then add consoume)
1 can creamed corn
1 cup diced, cooked chicken (I usually make it w/out the chicken)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoons cold water
2 scrambled eggs
Combine chicken broth, corn, and chicken pieces in a large saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Blend cornstarch with cold water and add to soup. Continue cooking, uncovered for 3 minutes.
Beat eggs well, stir into soup.
It's so simple to make and tastes incredible!

Maybe I spelled it wrong. . .
it's the instant powdered chicken soup flavoring. Osem makes it.
