My friend sent me a really nice recipe! It's purple cabbage, lettuce, cubes of turkey, pomegranate seeds, purple onion.. the dressing is sugar, vinegar, oil, ketchup and salt.

Make a nish nosh salad with heaven & earth veggie stix snack as a salad topper
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
5 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp grated horseradish marror
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Hearts of palm (from a can, cut), cherry tomatoes (sliced in half) and avocado (into small chunks).
Regular dressing (I use oil/vinegar/spices).
Easy and yum

We’ve been doing amped up Israeli salad, and Greek salads this week!!
Base of lettuce (or your choice of green), with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and red onion. For Greek add olives, and dress with balsamic. For Israeli we make a lemon vinaigrette.

Lettuce, diced mango, almond slices, (sunflower seeds) dressing with honey, balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
Tomatoes slightly roasted with garlick, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, chicoree. Dressing: lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper
Grated carrots, diced pineapple, sweet dressing with lemon, orange juice, a bit of salt, maybe a drop of honey.
Grated celery root, lots of mayo, lemon, salt, pepper.
Just avocado with lemon, salt, pepper (mayo if you want).

Mock Cole slaw made from kohlrabi
Lettuce salad with Cucumber and radishes oil salt pepper
Tropical salad Romaine, mango, pineapple, kiwi, pomegranates with and orange lemon dressing with sugar

Grilled chicken cutlet salad
Taco meat with salad
