My family loves cucumber salad on Pesach. This year I need to cut out all sugar/sweeteners/artificial sweetener (you get the point) for health.
How can I make cucumber salad that tastes good with just lemon juice, salt, onions and English cucumbers? If I make my regular recipe but without sugar it will be too lemony. Please post a recipe for that includes quantities. I need to make a lot and don't want to waste it all trying to do it by taste.
Thank you!

Perhaps do your regular recipe and take some out before you put in the sweetener. This way you’ll have what you need and your family will still enjoy it.
