We make frozen pizza on the porch in a sandwich maker.
Greek salad indoors.
Salmon & pesach frozen fries.
Sandwiches outside (can be pesach items from inside, but brought out and make into sandwiches).
Soup cups outside with soft egg in the cup.

The last thing I cook before kashering is a pot of pasta. I put the cooked pasta into a disposable container, double- wrap it, and keep it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten cold after your kitchen is kashered.

I do this too but we don't like it cold from the fridge. I take boiling water from urn and pour it into the container for a couple min. Makes the pasta soft and warm again!

It would never occur to me to not eat chometz food after turning over. Yes we stock more dairy than usual but we still eat bread & rolls, cereals & whatever can be made in a small portable cooking appliance like pizza maker. Dinners I do a mix of Peach food & burgers & pizza etc.

Even in our 1 bedroom apt with 3 little ones we did this right at the entrance door.
