My 9 year old does not stop touching his private part. ...during the day on top of his pants...literally as if it's a habbit, he doesn't even realize when he is doint it...and it looks disgusting ....any advice how I could get him to stop.?? This is definitely not normal....

Don't pay attention to it he is likely doing it for attention.
Give him a fidget toy to play with

No I know its nothing with attention it's like automatic he doesn't even realize

Maybe longer tops that cover top of his pants would help, so can't access that easily. Otherwise, distractions, being busy..

Was thinking his underwear but he does it with his pjs also without underwear
