What do you mean by private seating? There are restaurants with private rooms, but they're not going to give them to you if it's just you and DH. If you just want a bit of privacy, try to go on the early side to a classy place and tell them it's a special occasion and ask if they can give you a table with some privacy.

Call them. They definitely have heimish shechita. Not sure about hashgacha
