for one week only! she went no 1&2 right away made no accidents by day 2 but now she has this new craziness of making no 2 in her panty!!!!!!!!!! and today she wasnt wearing a panty for a few mind and.......she made no 2 on the floor!!!!!! I dont know what to do anymore I tried punishing her but it isn helping! what can I do about this?

this is exactly what happened to my ds...or is happening now..
my theory:
all the prizes and praises may have died down a bit, and she's thinking, "Okay, what is the big deal?" Still give her prizes but maybe more spread out..(I.e. if you go a whole day w/o an accident etc..)
my son is phobic about the big potty (he thinks cats are going to jump out and bite his tushy)...so I put him back on the little potty...
I think it is the pressure, so I let him "regress" a little bit in little ways...but not go so far as go back to a diaper (except at night and pullups on Shabbos because I can't clean up the messes then)
