I would like to make the tomato soup the one that calls for 1 can of Tomato Juice. I dont remember how much water to add. Do you add the same amount as the juice?

If I remember correctly, I cook a little flour and oil until it browns, then add the can of tomato juice little by little, half the amount of water, some rice (about half a cup I think?) and a green pepper. I don't have the recipe in front of me though.

I equal the can of tomato juice with the same amount of water.
The recipe I use calls for 1 large can tomato juice, 1 large can water, 1 large onion, salt, pinch of curry powder, 1+ cup rice, and honey. Oh, and prayers too!
