How long will the pomegranite seeds keep fresh in the refridgerator? I want to peel them now, (Thursday) and give myself one less job tomorrow, but need them to stay fresh through Motzei Shabbos.

2 days for sure, quite possibly 3 days. After that it turns brownish. Thanks for the reminder, I'm planning to do that tonight (also just in case the pomegranite is spoiled or whatever)
