I followed Spice and Spirit recipe for roast and brisket- equal amounts orange and lemon juice. Half amount of red wine with lots of onions under roast and brisket.
The sauce is Disgusting- very sour. If I throw it out, what can I do for my cooked meat-wanted to cut it up and put it in sauce to warm up for a seder night. Do I salvage or just remake sauce ...any ideas please?

How about if you add sugar and make it into a sweet and sour sauce?

What kind of wine did you use; I've had that problem. You need a sweet wine.

How about putting some Coke on it? I always make brisket with Coke, onions and a little salt. I know it sounds weird, but it is really good.

why not just mix duck sauce, some brown sugar, and spices together with some water, and pour over meat. Always yummy, and if you want sautee some onions too!
