Can anyone help me out on a website or some other info on where I can get Makeup Products for wholesale price?? I'm going into the cosmetic line & I really wanna stock up...

& do I hafta have a resale certificate or a Tax ID or anything else? cuz right now I got zilch! I just finished a makeup course & I think that selling products wud be a good start!

Any1 w/experience in selling makeup stuff???
