I defrosted a bag of what I thought was chicken breast cutlets, only to find out after it defrosted that it's ground chicken breast. (Why can't they label the stuff here?!?!)
Is there any way for me to make it into Shnitzel? I was thinking to add eggs and spices and then dip in breadcrumbs and fry, but I'd rather use a recipe - does anyone have one?

I just saute onion, mix it into the chicken, add bread crumbs or matzah meal, an egg, some spices (salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder), mix well, form into patties and fry in hot oil. My kids love this supper.

I've made chicken burgers before, but I'm looking for something more shnitzel-like (crispy on the outside).
