1 bag of frozen strawberries
1 c sugar
1 c soy milk
1 c orange juice
use an immersion blender to mix it all up and... enjoy it!!!

acs17, is that a thick soup? I am looking for one that I could put some sliced fruit on top of.
if anyone could post the one from silver spoon or any others that are a thick consistency I would really appreciate it!

put in less of the liquid if you want it to be thicker, but you can def put fruit on top - we have put kiwi's --- my mom likes to put mint leaves ..
I have never tried using real milk, but I dont see why not.
