I bought some frozen "Bakala Tzair"- young bakala, to cook for shabbos. I dont know if it is a whole fish, but it seems that way, just headless and gutted.
How would you suggest cooking it? My oven doesnt work amazingly, so I prefer if it can be stovetop, but if not, I'll find a way. I want something that will make it not too fishy tasting.
I dont have any soy sauce or would do a terriyaki style sauce.
No ketchup either.
Any suggestions?
