If anyone has this cookbook or knows Tamar Ansch (so I can ask her myself...her teawriter email addy bounced back at me), can you help me with this recipe question. On page 126 she has a recipe for iced tea sence. I need to know how much water (boilng) is needed to cover the tea bags. Do the bags stay in for longer than 10 mons? or the whole time?? Is this an essence or the ice tea recipe itself?? HELP!!!!
