This is the BEST SIMPLEST Brownie Cake and delicious frosting!!
3/4 C cocoa
1 C flour
2 C sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 sticks margarine
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 C chopped walnuts
Dump all above ingredients into a bowl. Mix well with electric mixer. Batter will be thick. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
Cool completely before Frosting:
3 tbsps margarine
3 tbsps cocoa powder
1 tbsps corn syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 C confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tbsps milk (or non dairy, or rice dream etc)
Mix well and frost.
then, EAT!
Enjoy, and thank Hashem for the margarine!

Hey, that's exactly the same recipe that I use. What did you use in the frosting, corn syrup or honey? I use corn syrup and it was out of this world. Everyone went absolutely crazy over it!

honey - don't have corn syrup. Isnt that weird that we both have the exact recipe? My sister just gave it to me! Where did you get yours?
