my husband bought me cofee rich instead of richs whip

what can I do with it?

the choc cake from kosher pallete calls for coffee rich and it is REALLY GOOD...

sure its 2 c sugar, 1 3/4 c flour, 3/4 c cocoa, 1 1/2 tsp each of baking powder and soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 c coffee rich, 1/2 c oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 lg eggs, lightly mixed w/a fork, 1 c boiling water. mix dry ingredients together, add all liquids except for hot water, mix batter for 2 min on med speed. then fold in the hot water. bake on 350 for about 35-50 min until tootpick comes clean out of te center. can be done in 1 9x13, 2 9 inch rounds or a bundt pan. this cake freezes really well enjoy...
