No Kedassia hechsher. But you need to supply them with all the raw ingredients and containers.
You can always ask them for references.
Also, you can give them your own recipes to make so that you get the taste you want!
There are definitely others who do this service too. However, I can't recall their names.

Goldstein & Sons do Pesach Catering under Kedassia. You receive all the food ready frozen.
Hermolis also.

I really don't know who's the best. I guess home cooked might be better than commercial

Yisroel Nussbaum is amazing. He did for us once. He is quick and geshikt, cooked an entire pesach menu in our kitchen using our ingredients and recipes. Highly recommend him.
