These are words that chassidim do or don't use? I'm confused
From the title I assumed it was words that you don't know of, but I'm yeshivish and never heard of any of these terms either.

I thought Fushit and bundash were Hungarian? Heimish background, those are words we used from your list
Fushit - chicken patties
Bundash. - French toast
Knokidlach - I guess gnocchi like dumplings?
Shpigel ayer - sunny side up I think
Ibergetzoygena fleish - breaded chicken cutlets, aka shnitzel

Half of those are not chassidish, they're hungarian.
Fushit = burgers
Bundash = french toast

The first three are Hungarian (though you messed up the third one a little). There are many chassidim who have Hungarian roots. Even though Bobov, Belz and Gur were in Poland they have a lot of followers of Hungarian descent today, especially the first two. Satmar was in a part of Europe where Hungarian was spoken. It makes a lot of people think there’s something chassidish about the Hungarian language and culture but there’s no real connection.
The next two are names of foods in Yiddish. Yiddish is a language that was used across Europe not just by chassidim, though today most frum people speaking Yiddish are chassidim.
Ibergetzoygena fleish has another much more popular name. It means covered meat and most of us call it schnitzel.

They're Hungarian but many chasidim use it as their grandparents come from there…
I personally don’t use most of those words but many do.

I don't understand this thread. Are you supposed to share words you've never heard of? If you've never heard them, how could you share them?
Or words you use that are not so common that your family uses?
We call an oven a bruter not oiven. A belt a reeman not pasik.
99% of people I know are familiar with these words just use the more common ones.
I'm sure there are a lot. I just don't get how to use this thread appropriately.
