Doesnt need to be a lace, happy with a flattish skin top.

No personal experience but my friend had and was happy with it because it was a great price and looked good but didn't last more than 2 years. Worn daily.

I have one, it’s not virgin, maybe they have some that are, it’s a ribbon front, so lace just in the front, haven’t had it long, but so far the hair is nice, it does tend to lose it’s wave quite quickly, but I’ve learnt to use heatless curls to keep it nice. It’s quite heavy on my head, but not crazily so, just compared to my full lace.
