Hi I'm looking to form and to find someone that would like to run (or if there is such a thing) a backyard daycamp for girls going into 5th grade. anyone else's daughter doesnt go fir all the rah rah and would rather something low key and wholesome?
There's a great one in pine river that I sent my daughters to. Camp arttastic . They learn how to paint and sketch and gos swimming every day. And food decorating and a&c. And sports and shiur. My 7th grader went to a backyard camp last year. There were at least 2 for that age group on my side of lkwd. So they exist for all ages. You just have to look out for ads.
(Transportation is an issue. In my case it was walkable. Or sometimes the counselors are willing to drive if the pass by).
