Walmart+. No-brainer. Free grocery deliveries at in-store prices, no markup. Optional tips.
Instacart is marked up significantly and the shopper is doing the work, not only delivery. So tipping is much more necessary.
Instacart is great if cost is not an issue, because you can shop anywhere.

There are stores on instacart that don’t mark up either, and trust me Walmart+ drivers still expect tip and this should be done regardless of which service you use, it’s a big chillul Hashem otherwise. They may not do shopping but they can have very long wait times, the Walmart system is very flawed
Personally I’d go with instacart, since you’ll have much more store options
