I was told that the Waldorf Astoria has a Rabanut Yerushalayim Mehadrin hechsher but it's not listed on their website. How can I find out if it's Mehadrin?
The following is written on the "Yeah thats kosher" website(from2022):
Waldorf Astoria (Underground Mehadrin – an unwritten agreement with one of the chassidic groups that all meat is a certain hashgacha, without having a badatz teudah).
So after having read this, I decided to call the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem, and spoke to a manager. He told me thats it's Rabbanut Yerushalayim mehadrin. I don't understand why it's not written on the hotel website.
