Where in yerushalyim can I buy nice tichels for both weekday and shabbat? I'm in Katamon but willing to travel to get nice stuff for not so expensive. Thanks

Personally I love the store in the tachanah merkazit. Upstairs next door to the Rav Kav office. I always find something there.

She has this brilliant hack for pretieds where the "tail" is sewn together in the back so your hair cannot stick out. Love it!

Snoods for less is great and very cheap
I also like the one in rav shefa upstairs but its more expensive like long tail pretied for 70/80 and in snoods for less its 3 for 120
