For me it was the day my grandmother passed away. I cried to the mikvah lady when I came in and she was so kind.

For me it was after my flight from Israel was just so tired went straight from airport to mikvah and it was an hour and half wait. After mikvah still had to go to cousins engagement was so pressured for time and came so late to the engagement.

I almost fell asleep a few times and wished I could push it off.

There are several times that come to mind.
One when I was married about 2 months and was hosting both my in-laws and parents friday night. The mikva lady was so nice and came out extra late special for me.
Another time was seder night. I had to walk nearly 45 minutes to the nearest womens mikva and it was pouring! I ended up borrowing the mikva lady's rain jacket since she lived close by and felt bad for me.

I once had to go when a couple of my toddler aged kids were severely sick with a stomach virus. We somehow had to dtd while hoping nobody threw up during that time. I ended up getting the virus that night shortly after being together.

Most inconvenient: Leil Rosh Hashana at my in-laws’ house

Most interesting: During a blackout. I bathed and dipped by electric camping lantern. BH the water wasn’t cold, it was just very dark. It felt very mystical and primal.

Honestly this thread is inspiring!
Mine was when I was out of town and went to a new place when is arrived it was GROSS, like not clean and broken down and very old, hairs on the mikvah etc etc and the mikvah lady who was a very nice older lady had an interesting way of doing things she also walked in on me getting ready by mistake ... I took a deep breath and decided I was gonna try my best to do this mitzvah with joy, I felt so happy to be able to make that choice.. BH just celebrated the birth of my beautiful beautiful son, conceived that day.

After a failed fertility cycle. It was the most emotionally challenging mikvah visit I ever experienced.

The night of Bedikas Chometz and my kitchen wasn't fully lined yet and we were hosting many people for the Seder. Bh it all worked out and I conceived after trying for over 3 years.

It wasn't nearly as hard as many of the examples posted here, but after having issues getting Clomid from the pharmacy in time, the sidewalk being dangerous icy on the way and struggling to walk to the mikvah felt like Hashem was telling me no. Like he was saying I he wouldn't give me a baby yet. Baruch Hashem that was the cycle that worked and our beautiful son is now two. I fully believe Hashem was giving us the opportunity for just the extra little bit of hishtadlus we needed

I wonder how many ladies got a stomach virus after u left ur germs all over the mikvah area. I think it's selfish to go to the mikvah if you are sick esp with a stomach virus
You are supposed to be very very clean before you go into the mikveh. And the mikve has bleach. No one got infected by her.
I do have an issue with your infectious comment though.

Don’t remember if it was 2nd or 3rd night of 3 day yom tov. Got pregnant that cycle after trying for around 2 years. Child on top of that one was around 6 years old when that child was born.

Spent the day in the hospital with DH having emergency surgery. Was released that night and got home 1 hour before mikvah closes. I dumped him in bed and ran to get there in time.
(I would have pushed off but I knew I needed to be able to help him physically the next day so this was just easier)

The same night as a very close family members simcha! I was expected at the Simcha at a very timely manner or else everyone would start up with their questions and speculations.. bh it all worked out and I dipped and arrived at the simcha with time to spare but boy was that an insanely stressful day!!!

Not as hard as all the examples here. I have had hard ones but this was just the other night. We had a family Shabbos this weekend and I was making a party for my daughter on Sunday that I needed to set up for. We left right after shabbos while everyone else stayed, ran to set up, I rushed to the mikvah, came back. Continued setup.
