Looking for inspiration because I want to a change from my usual "go to" items. What's your Shabbos lunch menu when hosting?

I saw a pretty deli roll idea. All the same ingredients made diff. Made to look more like a pizza. Roll the dough, put on a sheet pan, create a raised edge. Add sauces. Dice up the deli and spread it around

Love the deli pizza idea!
What salads/veggie side dishes do you do? (Other than potato Kugel or zucchini Kugel)

I saw another variation of deli roll- after it’s rolled up, instead of baking the log, slice it into approx 1 1/2- 2 inch slices and place them in a round pan cut side down (think cinnamon buns), then pour sauce over it and bake

Eggs
Sautéed liver
Dips
2 salads (generally a veggie salad and a “different” kind)
Cholent with lots of meat
Potato kugel kept hot in the cholent
Deli platter
Grilled cutlets strips or Shnitzel strips
Franks and blanks
Dessert
Over the years I realized that making myself crazy to have a variety and new exciting items on the menu is overkill. People are happy to have the “basics” so I do the basics plus one or two things and everyone is happy and full by the end of the meal.

We always like a basic shabbos, but sometimes I like to change things up.
If I'm not in the mood of liver, we like a London broil salad. It's pretty plated. With the cholent I ussually serve mini deli pizza, hasselback salami or spicy meat cigars.

Yes! I'm definitely realizing that as well.
What kinds of salads do you serve? My "go to" salads are green salad and coleslaw. Would love other ideas (and recipes).
